We all know it – hot chocolate is a winter must have. But have you ever tried Nutella hot chocolate? You have to give it a go, it’s dead simple!
Now, I don’t know about where you live, but where I’m from, hot chocolates are usually quite thick. My recipe more resembles something along the lines of a hot cocoa consistency. Which is better for cookie dipping. ;)
For two servings you’ll need two mugs of milk (whichever you like) and a big spoonful of Nutella. Put milk in a sauce pan, turn heat to medium high, add Nutella and whisk it constantly (make sure you whisk all over the bottom and edges so it doesn’t stick) until smoothly combined. At this point you can try it with a spoon if you like the taste and add more of it or milk to get desired strength of flavour. As it starts to simmer, turn the heat off and serve into mugs. If you wish you can add marshmallows, whipped cream or a dash of cinnamon, it’s all up to you. :)
Let me know how you like it and tweet me pictures of your Nutella hot chocolate! :)
